This position requires complete focus on maximizing existing customer relationships and growing revenues in these accounts through Pragmatic Works professional services offerings. This individual must possess a strong aptitude of customer relationship management, the ability to strategically identify and create relationships with key customer account decision makers, and has shown a track record for creating and executing both virtual and onsite presentations. We are seeking passionate, energetic, and personable sales professionals who have the drive to operate their respective territories as their own business with uncapped earnings potential. The Florida Consulting Sales Manager will work out of the company headquarters office. This is a predominantly outside sales position with the expectation to frequently meet in-person with clients. This role will require a 60%/40% mix for inside sales activity/onsite travel. Responsibilities: Hunter role, responsible for generating new business within existing customer accounts in a given regionEstablish and grow relationships within existing customer account to create new cross-sell, up-sell opportunitiesMap out customer accounts, identifying champions, project stakeholders, and key decision makersWork with established Pragmatic Works Alliance Partners to broaden reach within accountsWork leads funneled from, weekly webinars, sales inquiries, and events.Accurately qualifying opportunities and have the ability to produce accurate sales forecastsAssist in conducting professional services scoping calls with Principal ConsultantSchedule, coordinate, and execute weekly customer onsite meetingsMeet or exceed monthly / quarterly / yearly sales quota Requirements: 3-7 years business-to-business enterprise software / professional services sales experience Demonstrated high level of activity, persistence and a proven track record of sales excellence Excellent communication/influencing/negotiating skills, both written and verbal Organized and can efficiently & systematically manage daily workload Professional presentation skills High energy, highly motivatedEnterprise Software / Professional Services sales experience is a plusCompany DescriptionWere a team of dedicated and passionate SQL Server and BI professionals on a mission to help developers and DBAs operate more efficiently through our innovative consulting services for data platforms.
