Annual Salary: 40,000 Base Salary + PTO

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Corporate Recruiter will partner with other managers to anticipate and meet the Companys evolving personnel needs and to recruit the talented candidates into the organization. The position will nurture relationships with prospective candidates and manage an on:going pipeline of relationships. This position is a true contributor to the growth of the Company and will provide the talented employees that make our company successful.
Essential Functions
* Develop and implement candidate sourcing programs for attracting and then hiring talented employees into a multi:site organization (Jacksonville, FL; Gainesville, FL; Tallahassee, FL; and Atlanta, GA).

* Manage the full:cycle recruiting process from candidate lead sourcing to on:boarding new hires in order to meet the various staffing goals across multiple business units. Create and implement employment marketing programs to attract both active and passive job seekers.

* Conduct interviews to assess the suitability of candidates for specific roles and to ensure job requirements, expectations, compensation levels/structure are clearly understood by all candidates .

* Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity: lead generation, lead screening, interviewing, offers, hiring, and retention.

* Regular follow up with the prospective candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.

* Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects with other team members.

* Manage Companys recruitment CRM and document storage systems.

* Develop and execute a personal time management plan.

* Other ancillary or collateral HR related duties as assigned by the Chief Operations Officer.

Job Qualifications and Skills
* Two plus years of
Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in levels of the organization from entry level to mid:level managers.
* Experience hiring both skilled laborers and knowledge workers.
* Clean, polite, presentable, articulate, and fun recruiting professionals will excel in the role.
* 2 year or 4 year degree, from an accredited college or university, preferred.
* Excellent inter:personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
* Clear understanding of the end:to:end recruitment lifecycle processes.
* Must have experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
* Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards.
* Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite of applications and in depth knowledge of database and internet research methods.
* Experience in general HR functions is preferred.
* Past participation in high school or college athletics a plus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
