This position will be responsible for providing World Class Recruiting Services to the Ryder organization in a cost effective manner, while continuously searching and providing state of the art Recruitment methodology. Position identifies, recruits, interviews and recommends candidates for entry:level, high volume positions.Associates Degree or 4 (four) years equivalent related work experienceMinimum of 2 years experience in a related areaADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Must have business perspectiveAdditional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Screen and interview candidates to fill current or expected vacanciesAdminister pre:employment tests and check referencesEnsure compliance with all legal aspects of recruitingPromote the organization as an employer of choiceMay assist with the placement of employment advertisements and related duties Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
