We attribute our success to an unwavering commitment to our core values of: integrity, quality service, business success and valuing associates.We are currently seeking a HR Coordinator in our Jacksonville, FL office.The HR Coordinator will report directly to the Human Resources Manager to assist with the delivery of core human resources services to the business. This individual must be able to responsibly and effectively manage shifting priorities and strict deadlines in a highly confidential environment. Responsibilities for the HR Coordinator position consist of the following:Full employee life cycle administration to include new hires (onboarding), change requests and terminationsTimely and accurate processing of all personnel transactions within defined corporate and compliance standardsExplains and administers employment policies and practices, ensuring consistent and equitable treatmentWorks to maintain and validate database integrity within HRIS systemCreates and maintains reports using Business Intelligence and also develops advanced reports using Microsoft Excel and other data programsMaintains and administers company paid time off programsProcessing employment verifications, garnishments, and unemployment claims in a timely and accurate mannerHR record maintenance and filingAdministration and adherence of companyA?s performance management and compensation programsOversees WorkerA?s Compensation and maintains OSHA reportingInterprets and applies all federal, state and jurisdictional employment laws and agency regulationsResponsible for annual I:9 auditing and E:Verify complianceMaintains labor law poster compliance for nationwide officesAssists with preparation and submission of various annual reporting efforts to include Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), EEO:1, OSHA 300s, Veteran Reporting, etc.Assistance with Leave of Absence case management; must have working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and Short Term/Long Term Disability leave management.Primary back up for immigration processing and tracking for all current and prospective foreign national associatesCompletes other duties as assignedSkills Required:Ability to manage a diverse workload with shifting prioritiesMust be multi:task oriented, have a strong attention to detail, be able to take initiative, maintain confidentiality and enjoy working in a fast paced environmentDemonstrates excellent analytical, solid decision making, and follow up skills paired with demonstrable planning, research and organizational capabilitiesAdvanced skills in the full Microsoft Office Suite (especially in Excel); the ability to manipulate data in Excel is vital to this positionSolid communication skills (written and spoken)Strong relationship:building skills are required to productively interact across all levels of the organization; must be a team player on all frontsMinimum Qualifications:Associates DegreeAt least five years of relevant HR experiencePreferred Qualifications:Previous experience with UltiPro and Deltek Vision preferredExperience working in a multi:location, nationally based firm preferred Core Competencies: In addition to the positionA?s skills, education and experience requirements, the following RS and H competencies are considered foundational to understanding performance, now and in the future.
