The primary assistant to the VP Corporate Controller and Managers of Corporate Finance. Responsible for various finance department functions that require separation of duties. Maintain and prepare regulatory filings. Indirectly assists the CFO with information and tasks related to the finance department, including working with our Investment Advisors to provide weekly/monthly activity reports. Serves as recorder for Corporate Board and committee meetings. Prepares financial reports and presentations for budget meetings and Board meetings. Responsible for compiling and distributing Board presentation packets and for preparations for meetings, e.g. room and equipment and catering. Maintains Board information, including members and meeting dates. Schedules meetings for Finance. Keeps abreast of Finance department activities. Assists other administrative assistants as needed. Serves in key position on event planning committees. Assist Managers of Corporate Finance. Must work well in a team and independently to ensure all expectations are met. Requirements:High School Diploma 5 years of Administrative Assistant Experience working in a Finance Department preferred MS Office Suite proficient(Outlook, Excel, Power Point)Must be able to multi task.Experience with supply ordering and filling requests day to day.Professional customer service skills required.
