TITLE a MANAGER CLIENT SERVICES The Manager Client Services primary responsibility is to lead mentor and manage the Client Services team within his or her designated specialty In addition a large emphasis is placed on the execution and embodiment of Beelinea s unparalleled customer service vision and strategy LEVEL Reports to Client Solutions Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Direct establish and improve overall methodology and policies to achieve consistency and high performance across the Client Services discipline Ensure Client Services is aligned with Account Management in order to create a positive working relationship with our clients and internal stakeholders Be the advocate and liaison for Client Services department while supporting internal departments Effectively manage the performance of Client Services employees Ensure that Client Services employees have the necessary product and client knowledge to provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and internal stakeholders Recruit manage train and motivate staff according to company procedures policy and employment law Communicate with client leadership and serve as the escalation point for designated specialty Perform client visits when necessary to promote and foster positive Beeline relationship Work with the Operational Excellence team to ensure smooth transitions from implementation to steady support Participate in release planning meetings to communicate priorities for upcoming release schedules SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS Bachelora s degree or equivalent experience Previous supervisory experience preferred Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills Breadth to solve end to end problems for our customers and deliver on target solutions Proven track record of successfully working across departments Leadership skills to manage a team and influence internal and external stakeholders Beeline market product and competitive expertise a plus DESIRED COMPETENCIES Client facing and shared services product configuration reporting finance integrations quality projects CULTURE We cultivate a positive work environment and are passionate about who we are and what we do We are looking for talented driven and adaptable people who will contribute to our vision mission and our future Ideal candidates are naturally approachable intensely curious about globalization and technology exhibit a can do attitude and approach their work with vigor and determination Candidates should have demonstrated the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast paced rapidly changing environment and be excellent at multi tasking Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities Women Veterans Disabled
