Maintain high level Customer satisfaction by clarifying Customer needs and ensuring that they are met Handle Customer-relation problems promptly and appropriately, escalate issues according to established procedures Provide software service, postsales or service delivery support for local accounts on standard systems Respond to service, product, technical, and Customer relations questions Team/call leader acting as a technical resource/mentor to others in the onsite Volume Service Business Escalation direction for Volume Service Business Position Overview: The position is a Field Service Technician Position working on HP and other manufacture laser printers that requires: · Lifting printers up to 40-50 lbs. by yourself · Interacting w/customers · Wearing uniforms · Responding to and addressing incoming emails in a timely manner (usually customer escalations wanting an eta) · Maintaining a 95% accuracy of your inventory · Maintaining a 87% first time fix SLA · Maintaining a 80% response time
