JOB OPENING WORLD GOLF AREA
We are seeking a Customer Service/Tech Support Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Computer knowledge
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to pass a drug screen/background check
Must have a flexible schedule and available to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
This is an hourly position and rate will be determined by experience.
Benefits available after 90 day review and 401K after 1 year of employment.
