KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

:
Make
outbound telephone calls to enroll, assist, and coordinate caregivers utilizing
a proprietary application for in:home caregiving
:
Data entry
of key details into multiple systems
:
Communicate
status of various efforts via e:mail and proprietary systems to ensure
coordinated, professional outreach to our customers
:
Perform
other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

:
-High
School Diploma required
:
-Associates
Degree preferred
:
-Excellent
customer service skills
:
-Ability to
communicate fluently in English
:
-Organizational
skills and ability to multi:task
:
-Ability to
work well independently and take direction
:
-Computer
skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
:
-Data Entry
:
-Typing
skills (40+ WPM preferred)
:
-Must be
reliable and punctual
:
-Previous
customer service experience in a call center setting preferred
:
-Bilingual/
Spanish a plus, but not required
