The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Website Administrator is responsible for requirements, development, leading the administration of, and training of WWP websites. The Website Administrator is responsible for the design, testing, implementation, and administration of WWP website technologies and IT applications. Serves as the primary developer and SME of all WWP websitesPartners with vendors as requiredPartners with content manager in Marketing/Communications Department to create/update WWP websites as required in a timely manner and as approved by Communications leadershipDesigns and develops user interfaces to web applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; develops website programs using programming languages (i.e., , .NET, etc.) and software development products (i.e., Microsoft Visual Studio, etc.); designing and conducting testsDefines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionalitySupports users by developing documentation and assistance toolsWorks with executive management to recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternativesWorks with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to WWP websitesCompletes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platformsReviews and executes ongoing web support requests and administrative needs of usersDevelops reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrityWorks with the IT trainer to develop and update training plans, materials, and documentation for users; coordinate new user and ongoing training sessionsLeverage comprehensive understanding of website products and platforms to provide relevant adoption and technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements customized to WWPA?s business needsProcesses daily requests for change and adheres to the WWPA?s Change Control ProcessDevelops a trusted advisor relationship with business partners, key stakeholders, and executive sponsors such that all website activities are closely aligned with the business case and business strategy, allowing the full potential of their web solution to be realizedUpdates job knowledge by researching new web technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizationsOther related duties as assigned Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint on premise and Office 365Experience developing within , .NET, and Microsoft Visual StudioExperience with web delivery, hosting and security technologiesStrong configuration and design skillsStrong data manipulation and cleansing skillsStrong documentation skillsPassionate about technology and solving web:focused problemsDemonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects in varying complexityHighly analytical : strong problem analysis/diagnostic and resolution skillsSelf:motivated and able to work within a project:based environment; takes initiative to drive projects to completionDetail oriented and organizedExercise confidentiality and good judgment when working with sensitive issuesDemonstrated ability to work independentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with users of diverse backgrounds and skill levelsUnequivocal commitment to the highest standards of personal and business ethics and conductExcellent organizational and multi:tasking skillsAbility to influence others without having direct authorityAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects and deadlinesIndepend
