THIRD PARTIES NEED NOT APPLY Job Summary:Resource is required to be on the assignment for the required hours as specified in the job description. Forty hours per week is the expectation in the absence of specified hours. Attendance and punctuality are essential components of the position; therefore, unexcused absences and tardiness could result in dismissal. 5 - 7 years. Provides support after the solution goes live. If resources provide support from development through production, role should be chosen based on where the majority of their time is spent. Production support from this role will typically fall into the third level of support: minor enhancements, batch optimization, patches, etc. As a member of IEPS - ETASC production support team, the associate should be dedicated and talent resource to support suite of applications responsible for break-fix analysis to ensure production applications are available as defined by the SLA. Advanced troubleshooting and deductive reasoning skills. Ability to converse in both technical and non-technical terms to both novice and more proficient system users.Requirements:The resource should have a solid .Net, J2EE development and production support work. Strong knowledge and experience in SOAP, JSP, REST and other web technologies. Good understanding of Framework.Desired SkillsDesired to be a Technical Leader guiding offshore resource doing L3 production Support. Good understanding of Middleware architecture and UNIX application servers.
