Service Desk: expected to have about 10 tickets a day primarily for remote support of 120 users on Windows 10 handling password resets, Active Directory changes and permissions, basic user support, setting up computers, manual imaging, crawling under desks, doing racking and stacking, etc. 2. Systems/Network Administration: they have 25 hosts and 150 VMS running on Linux (CentOS and Ubuntu) with KVM as the virtualization tool, Windows Server 2012/2016, over 70 TBs of storage between Peak 10 and cloud services (AWS and Google Cloud Services), Sophos firewalls, Cisco switches/routers. While this person does not absolutely need to have experience with Server 2012/2016, at least some experience in 2008 is required. 3.
