We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:
• Input invoices for payment
• Assist in Shipping and Accounts Receivable
• Assist in property management
• Reconcile bank/credit card statements
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Must be proficient on a computer to enter orders daily
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
